Many to many video conferencing involves multiple sites. Each site has its own audio and video capabilities. The sites are all connected so participants can interact with each other. This design is also called a multi-point connection and lends itself to large scale meetings. Multipoint conferencing can accommodate international as well as participants who just can't physically be there.
The Math of Video Conferencing
Video conferencing can be a big time and money saver for businesses. It can add flexibility and time to employees who travel a lot. No one has to miss a meeting because they are out of town. Emergency decisions can be resolved without ever having to board a plane. Of course, video conferencing limits your chances of getting out of the meeting that you just don't want to go to.
